يقوم مركز تدريب مصر للطيران بالتنسيق مع الشركات والقطاعات التابعة للشركة القابضة لمصر للطيران بعقد تدريب عملي لطلبة الكليات و المعاهد المصرية و ذلك بالتواجد فى أماكن العمل لإكتساب الخبرات المناسبة فى شتى المجالات وطبقاً لتخصص المتدربين وذلك لمدة أربع أسابيع لطلبة الجامعات والخريجين من التخصصات المختلفة.
الآن يمكن تسجيل بيانات التدريب الصيفي على الموقع الإلكتروني لمركز التدريب - حيث يقوم الموقع بالتنسيق بين المتدربين و وحدة تدريب الطلبة - بدون الحاجة للحضور لتسجيل البيانات - و ستقوم وحدة تدريب الطلبة باستدعاء المتدربين عن طريق البريد الالكتروني لتقديم الأوراق و دفع تكلفة التدريب.

  • بعد التسجيل على الموقع سيتم الإتصال بمن ينطبق عليهم شروط التسجيل

Description 1- Maintain all files & records, Place office ads & follow up on calls, keep track of files . 2- Perform the range of secretarial tasks including all phone calls and correspondences, visitors, maintaining calendar of appointments, typing letters, memos, email(English, Arabic). 3- Prepare daily agenda. 4- Help in dealing with other departments. Receive and follow up coming and out coming emails and prepare daily report. 5- Ensures that all activities in the unit or section are done according the relevant cGMP and ISO standards (ISO 9001/2008 , ISO 14001/2004 , OHSAS 18001/2007).

Qualifications University degree with appropriate experience 1-2 years in administration .
