Description — Responsible for achieving area sales objectives and targets through managing, training and following up on an PL Sales force of 8-10 Direct Sales Officers. — Create new relationships and exploit the opportunities to bring in fresh business for PL in order to achieve the set targets. — Maintain good relationships with companies. — Manage companies database and coverage in a way that achieves maximum productivity in the area. — Arrange for on-the-job training of newly hired sales staff & prepare work schedules. — Resolve work-related problems & prepare progress reports to Business Development Manager.
Qualifications • Should posses good credit sense, in depth market knowledge and well versed with the market practices. • Should be customer focused & achievement oriented • Jobholder to be posses good negotiation, leadership, decision making and high interpersonal skills • Good command in spoken English and either Arabic
