Description Qualitative Development Ensure implementation of various qualitative measures upon necessity Responsible for CSI After-Sales (process, reporting, measures, etc.) Develop and coordinate Mystery Shopping campaigns Develop Quality Letter Responsible for After-Sales Qualitative Bonus After-Sales KPIs Monitor and report the activity of the workshops (using specific tools: DASOD, REKA, customer complaints reports, etc.) and propose improvement actions Market Research Implement regular market analysis / After-Sales monitoring (e.g. vehicle population, DASOD, service products, etc.) Competitor analysis Workshop Processes / Standards Ensure implementation of workshop process in the dealer network Consult in workshop organization (workshop, diagnosis and customer processes) Implement and monitor After-Sales standards and repair and maintenance processes at retailers according to HQ requirements Elaborate improvement plans or modification of dealer standards Responsible for workshop equipment and tools Coordinate After-Sales preparations for new vehicle launches Non-Technical training Analyze the needs for training of the dealer network and submit training proposals Conduct and coordinate training on the job or coaching in specific cases Assist and support activities of AS Service teams when required
