NOW HIRING- SENIOR HR OFFICER- 6 OCTOBER CAIRO
Responsible for:
•Accountable for the service delivery of the Employee Relations COE to quality, timing and cost targets, SLAs and KPIs
•Drives continuous improvement in Employee Relations policy, practice and procedures
•Conduct job analysis exercise on need basis
•Maintain proper performance appraisal runs
•Administrate the implementation of the annual training plan.
Requirements:
-From 5 - 8 years of Experience
-Bachelors in HR/ Business/ Management
