Description Provide general office support and follow up on all administrative issues; meetings, presentations, filing, scheduling, travel arrangements, minutes and correspondences. Coordinate with the finance department; invoices issuance and collection Responsible for calendar management Answer phones and receive guests Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the department Manager as necessary. Assist with events preparation as necessary Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents as necessary.
Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree. 1-2 years of work experience. Excellent computer skills (MS Office). Excellent Communication Skills - well organized.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
