Description     —Provide general office support and follow up on all administrative issues; meetings, presentations, filing, scheduling, travel arrangements, minutes and correspondences. — Coordinate with the finance department; invoices issuance and collection — Responsible for calendar management — Answer phones and receive guests — Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the department Manager as necessary. — Assist with events preparation as necessary — Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents as necessary.
Qualifications    -Bachelor’s degree. 1-2 years of work experience. Excellent computer skills (MS Office). Excellent Communication Skills - well organized.
