Description Handle all phone calls and correspondences. Sell economic reports and monitor their distribution.Handle online payments of research studies Prepare sales reports (Amount of sales, no. of sold reports, no. of clients either members or non-members). Prepare bi-monthly Egypt Watch Bulletin, upload it on the web site and send it to all members and subscribers. Maintain and coordinate invoices with the finance department Follow up the payment of sponsorship invoices. Perform all administrative responsibilities. Maintain clients database for economic reports. Handle requests for purchasing books, documents and data for the research. Contact and send letters to all targeted sponsors. Collect ads, logos, banners and flyers of sponsors. Present research studies in the booth during AmCham luncheons, employment fairs and conferences.
Qualifications Excellent English language (written and Spoken) - Excellent communication skills.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
