Description —Responsible for supervising the overall accounting activities (GL, AP, AR, FA, Payroll, Project & Cost Accounting) and provide approvals on their transactions based on Delegated Level of Authority. —Ensure that adequate financial and internal controls are in place for all activities relating to the accounting functions. —Perform month-end closing process, including review of GL entries, preparing accruals, and other closing journals as necessary. —Close periods after approving all journal entries and open the next one and ensure that the periodic account closing activities are done on a timely and accurate basis. —Supervise the General Ledger accountant while performing General Ledger activities.
Qualifications •BS In accounting/finance. •Very good command in English & Arabic languages •Strong experience in using Microsoft Office specially Excel & Power Point •Interpersonal & Communication Skills •At least 2-3 years in the same field
