Description Oversees admitting and discharging of all foreign patients. — Coordinate outpatient visits. — Coordinate pick-up and medieval by air or ground ambulance with the ER team. — Obtain medical report from referral institution or clinic before accepting the patient. — Ensure quality of care as per international standards as defined by JCI & ISO and ASSIH standards of practice. — Coordinate and integrate the services of clinicians and other care givers to ensure achievements of evidence based outcomes. — Ensure accurate documentation of care plans and discharge planning. — Ensure accuracy of medical reports for overseas insurance companies. — Ensure that international clinical pathways are followed. — Submit audited bill summaries to insurances/ clients for reimbursement ( Cash paying clients ) — Patient advocacy ( ensure patients get information as necessary to make informed decisions).
Qualifications Education university degree relevant to the job • Minimum 4 years Experience • Experience : Patient Care , OR , Customer service • Training : Customer service Body Language/Medical terminology First aid/Anger management
