Description Oversees admitting and discharging of all foreign patients. Coordinate outpatient visits. Coordinate pick-up and medieval by air or ground ambulance with the ER team. Obtain medical report from referral institution or clinic before accepting the patient. Ensure quality of care as per international standards as defined by JCI & ISO and ASSIH standards of practice. Coordinate and integrate the services of clinicians and other care givers to ensure achievements of evidence based outcomes. Ensure accurate documentation of care plans and discharge planning. Ensure accuracy of medical reports for overseas insurance companies. Ensure that international clinical pathways are followed. Submit audited bill summaries to insurances/ clients for reimbursement ( Cash paying clients ) Patient advocacy ( ensure patients get information as necessary to make informed decisions).
Qualifications Education university degree relevant to the job • Minimum 4 years Experience • Experience : Patient Care , OR , Customer service • Training : Customer service Body Language/Medical terminology First aid/Anger management
