Balance men’s fitness Center is seeking for a full-time male Customer Relationship Officer; we’re looking for someone with a positive and friendly attitude.
Primary responsibilities:
Educating members and/or guests on the policies and procedures of the Gym.
Providing detailed descriptions of the gym packages and hours of operation.
Keeping detailed and accurate record of all clients’ information.
Receiving the sales target from the sales manager and achieving the given sales target for the period.
Selling fitness memberships, actively promote the gym, as well as promotions and/or discounts available.
Answering and dispatching phone calls
Qualifications:
0-2 years of Experience
Bachelor degree
Fluent English
Presentable
Strong oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on phone skills
Ability to exercise independent judgment in solving problems
