Description     1.Perform the range of secretarial tasks including receiving and screening telephone calls, visitors, maintaining calendar of appointments, typing letters (English ” Arabic), memos, faxes, e-mails and prepare daily agenda. 2.Full responsibility of faxes in & out. 3.Handling translation duties from Arabic to English and vice versa. 4. Follow up the open issues to ensure the completion of tasks and goals. 5.Coordinates the scheduling of meetings takes notes and prepares minutes of meetings. 6.Assist in formation of budget and annual report. 7.Responsible of office stationary and computer equipments
Qualifications    University graduate from Business College or related field. Course in secretarial science or related field is an asset.

Experience    3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills    •Excellent command in computer applications including: word processing, spreadsheet, power point and outlook. •Posses Business communication, Problem solving and Time management skills. •Results Oriented and have the ability to work effectively in a team. •Discipline, loyal, tidy, adaptable and cooperative.
