Description —Installation and configuration of Standard desktop PC, Laptops, Tablets & Mobile devices —Set up and configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals —Install and configure software —Configure basic Windows, AD Login for users and emails in MS Outlook —Coordinate with Central Team for Installation of Network Devices (Switch/Firewall) —Maintain inventory of all hardware and software resources —Maintain excellent communication with all end users and other members of the technology department —Coordinate with IT Vendors & Procurement team for procurement —Coordinate with Internet service providers —Coordinate with application Team for related issues —Coordinate with central IS Team for security policy implementation
Qualifications •Minimum 5 years’ experience in setup, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop/notebook hardware and software on Windows OS. (MAC OS will be an advantage) •Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013 •Outlook 2007/2010/2013 •Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, and related network services (i.e. DNS, SMTP, DHCP, etc.) •Knowledge of Active Directory concepts and administration

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills •Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic. •Ability to recognize, analyze, and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and procedures •Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
