Description Ensure daily start-up of all equipment to be ready for production. Delivering day-to-day routine preventive & corrective maintenance functioning. Maintain the efficiency of plant equipment through applying preventive maintenance procedures and minimizing breakdown time. Assure safety standards used which comply with company guidelines. Responsible for mechanical maintenance activities. Give work instructions directly to his subordinate staff to follow up work schedules in Co-operation with maintenance head to ensure completion of work. Troubleshooting and repair of any mechanical failures for equipment. Support new equipment installations, upgrades and modifications. Recommend and implement corrective / preventive measures to eliminate equipment problems and improve work practices. Responsible for executing assigned work orders mechanically. Issuing purchase requests with needed materials and spare parts for equipments considering safety rules and regulations. Reporting equipment status to direct supervisor on daily basis.
Qualifications Bachelor of mechanical engineering, min.3 years experience in relevant profession,mechanical engineer. Must have an excellent knowledge of hydraulic systems. Excellent problem solving skills are essential to the profession.
