Description — Develop creative materials and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand and business strategy. — Must have deep experience in both media to support integrated campaigns including : mobile / web landing pages, banner ads ( flash, animated gifs), email marketing blasts, presentations, sales collateral, brochures, videos, e-newsletters, and information graphics among others — Source photos and create standalone graphics and illustrations according to project need. — Thoroughly understand the overall mobile/web site design, including basic usability, industry standards, architecture and navigation. — Build Interaction design skills. Experienced creating wireframes a big plus. — Propose and recommend creative solutions as well as communicate them clearly and effectively.
Qualifications • Expert in: Photoshop and illustrator. Flash a plus. • Possess strong working knowledge of typography, layout, color and visual communications. • Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign , PowerPoint, Flash and other web capabilities, JQUERY a plus • Work well with all levels of the organization, including, senior management, global marketing team, product managers, sales and web team. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively reprioritizing when necessary as determined by competitive issues. • Must be able to work independently and take direction from internal stakeholders. • Videos optimization, editing and integration skills a definite plus working knowledge of HTML, DHTML and CSS. • Experience with holistic thinking around overall usability and design approach to member and community features.
