Description - Provide updates or adjustments to the Project Plan when necessary to ensure the project continues to meet the Key Deliverable defined at the start of the Project. - Preparing MS Projects plan for all opened projects. - Provide a professional training for all project coordinator and admin. - Oversee the work of associates assigned to the project team for specific task assignments. - Provide input to the Project Manager regarding team member performance. - To ensure each project is implemented successfully. - Organize, lead and facilitate project-related meetings, including the creation of agendas and preparation of materials. - Develop reports and other deliverable as assigned by the Project Manager. - Prepare the channels to provide deliverables on customer sites. - Collaborate with third party partners to implement quality improvement for system integration. - Initiate and maintain communications with internal and external customers including project collaborators and task force.
Qualifications - Minimum four years experience. - Good English command and language skills. - Strong skills in project management, the associated principles and tools. - Strong knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft SQL technologies. - Candidate must be disciplined and well organized. - Excellent communications and public relations abilities. - A good understanding of products business knowhow. - Flexible and adaptable approach to customer needs is a good trait for a project leader. - Be able to work under pressure and multi-task, the ability to priorities ensuring that all tasks are completed to the relevant business processes. - Educated to a degree level in a computer related system, with a demonstrated strong computer background, networks and technical ability. - Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Products especially MS Project Server & Presentation tools.
