Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Representatives . Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Representatives. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
Qualifications - A solid understanding of “Printing” market: products, competitors, and technologies. - 3 years of sales experience in “Printing Sales Management”. - 6 years of experience in sales. - Excellent in English is a must. - Excellent user of Microsoft office. - Excellent negotiation and influencing skills . - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
