Position: SAP FICO Consultant

Main duties and responsibilities:
· Helping the business owners grasp what SAP is like through the Preparation Phase of the project implementation Execute plan of new site projects or IT solutions.
· Playing a key part in the Business Blue Print Phase; from both white and blue collars, till the Business Blue Print was delivered and Keep the Blue Print Updated for Every Change Request.
· Run network applications to support system and users.
· Engaging in the SAP Audit for the delivered BBP.
· Preparing the training schedule & subjects to cover list for training the FI-CO Core Team Members
· Maintain the printer’s cartridges inventory covers MINIMUM for the next one month.
· Giving training to the FI-CO Core Team Members, Key-Users, and End-Users.
· Gathering the required FI-CO Master Data, & updating them in their relevant templates.
· Creating the Cost Centers & Profit Centers Standard Hierarchies for my company
· Participating in the Project Realization Phase.
· Engaging in the SAP Audit for the realized solution, and gave amendments recommendations and forward it to IT Manager.
· Participating in the Pre GO-LIVE Activities, and supporting the GO-LIVE Phase.
· Planning for a new Cut-Over plan, and preparing for pre-upload activities.
· Uploading the new Cut-Over plan balances, and supporting the New GO-LIVE Phase.
· Weekly Report to IT Manager with the New Updates of SAP FICO Module if found and prepare and Presentation with advantage for the Business cycle.
· Support for SAP FI/CO month-end close process
Qualifications:
§ Bachelor of computer science or Commerce
§ SAP ECC 6.0 EHP5 is a must
§ 1-3 years working experience in the same field
§ Good command of English language
§ System administration/support experience in windows platform (2003/2008/XP/7)
§ Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time, work under pressure and meeting deadlines
§ Knowledge in SD and MM Modules is a plus
