Description Administrative Branch officer his responsibilities include evaluating the work of Branch Office personnel, resolving complaints and the overall operation of the branch. Assists in the preparation and maintenance of a filing system to include daily office reports, leave requests, time sheets, office supplies, overage and shortage reports and expense claims. Responsible for ensuring that office supplies and inventory are maintained and current. Handling the preparation of all documents pertaining to newly hired employees. Assists in training all office personnel. Responsible of representing the company with the all the governmental organizations. ensure applying policies and procedures as agreed with top management Duties to include: daily bank detail, securing audited documents, petty cash fund and accountable monies on a day to day basis
Qualifications V.good computer skills, communication and negotiation skills, problem solving
Gender Male
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Salary (L.E.) Negotiable
