Description Monitor, track and report departments tasks and activities Coordinate professional services departments resources and activities Coordinate and report team activities with customers Responsible for managing incoming service requests from clients and partners, i.e. incoming telephone calls, emails, and call logging. Responsible to meet the service level agreements and to assist clients as much as possible according to target performance, to ensure clients receive adequate and appropriate services Responsible to monitor and report services contacts and projects and to communicate and coordinate with clients and partners contact persons. Responsible for customer satisfaction i.e. call centre performance, responsible for effective communications between involved groups, ensure ongoing operational excellence. Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications • Degree (Accounting or Business Administration) • 2 years experience administrating customer services operation • Basic understanding of ticketing systems • Good knowledge and hands-on Microsoft office applications • Microsoft Applications – Office applications • General knowledge in information technology
