Description      Meet with brand managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job  Interpret the business needs and developing a concept to suit the purpose  Estimate time taken to complete work  Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research  Create new designs for the products packs  Produce the designs of the P.O.S. material  Design all related materials for the companys fairs and events  Follow up with the marketing production department to help in the technical parts  Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type  Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed  Develop graphics and layouts for brand illustrations, company logos, and internet websites if needed  Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work  Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief  Keep abreast of developments in IT, particularly design programs.
Qualifications     Bachelor degree with a relevant major.  Minimum 3 years of experience.  Knowledge of using design programs such as FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
