Description Receiving new applications. Identifying missing items if available. If not proceeding with data entry (submitting application to the system). Referring the new application and received signed offer letters to the Underwriting Department for medical evaluation and proceeding with them. Printing policy schedule, welcome letters and BIF after policys issuance by a higher level. Applying the quality control process and standards on the earlier mentioned documents. Replying on emails and all correspondences between other departments and customers within the agreed service Cancellation / refunds proceeding with cancellation of applications/policies and refunding money to the customer, if applicable with coordination with the Finance Department and the customer. Receiving and executing all customers requests/amendments on the system as per the agreed processes.
Qualifications • University Graduate • 0-1 years experience • Excellent written and spoken English • Dual keyboard skills • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office • Good communication skills • Ability to work under pressure • Accuracy and attention to details
