Description Screen all incoming calls as appropriate, provide requested information if feasible, take messages and redirect inquiries to the concerned office. Continuous update of telephone directories, databases for customers and suppliers. Maintain managers calendar, schedule and cancel meetings and appointments, as requested with finesse, using proper judgment as to time and location. Translate and proof read drafts of documents and correspondence for corrections. Create and maintain a robust filing system and database. Help prepare and set up presentation using the appropriate software and material. Manage all office purchases requests, submit them to Manager for approval then keep track and follow up their deliverance. Assist in orientation of the new personnel show them the ropes. Review the office administration requirements and define the needs.
Qualifications •Capable of performing varied tasks simultaneously. •Good communication skills. •Willing to work under pressure and in a team.
