Description Implement the organization-wide, integrated supply chain strategy to facilitate a cost-effective & economical flow of materials from suppliers to end customers while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsible for performing all the required purchasing activities for the Companys administrative facilities, cars spare parts, equipments and tools. Ensure Cost control according to the set budget. Support the supplier selection process based on best bargains and best prices. Manage relationships with suppliers and maintain log term relationships. Ensure continuous update of the suppliers database. Manage in bound and out bound operations from and to the organization. Set, revisit and evaluate contracts with selected suppliers. Follow up on supplies availability. Follow up on supplier invoicing and payment cycle. Assist in the planning of the requirements as per the set operational plans. Provide the required spare parts/tools with highest standards and lowest cost at the required timing. Maintain supplies documentation system.
Qualifications Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sector Very Good knowledge of computer applications Reporting & strong analytical skills
