Description 1.Co-ordinate Department Manager incoming / outgoing calls 2.Schedule and arrange meeting for Department Manager as required 3.Co-ordinate and arrange Department Manager business trips 4.Receive and route all correspondences mails etc. through Department Manager including follow-up as required 5.Organize crew change report and inform field personnel of the day of the following crew 6.Follow-up with other divisions personnel for any pending plans and or commitments 7.Perform Secretarial jobs including but not limited to typing, filing, receive, dispatch and distribute mails, correspondences, faxes etc 8.Prepare Assessment Schedule of MPS divisions employees beginning of each year and follow up the same throughout the year 9.Ensure house-keeping in the Office and maintain proper filing system 10.Co-ordinate and or follow-up flow of correspondences, files, reports, mails etc, within MSE offices as well as clients 11.Be courteous and professional in answering clients calls and queries 12.Assist Department Manager in preparing of various reports and ensure routine follow-up 13.Maintain copies of training certificates and update employees training record, and do necessary follow up 14.Follow up attendance of field personnel and update their attendance record on system on daily basis 15.Receiving and dispatching of all correspondences, mails etc. to employees of all areas 16.Booking of tickets as well as co-ordination to collect passports work permits etc
Qualifications Bachelor Degree
Gender Female
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills 1 - Computer Skills: Must be excellent in Excel, Word, Power Point, Out Look, and familiar with software information systems such as iscala, Oracle, etc. 2 - Soft Skills: Time Management, Communication Skills, etc.
