Description     *Reviewing the overtime calculation and other Allowances. *Monitoring / reviewing the issuance of the payroll slip. *Keep informed about changes in tax deduction laws that apply to the payroll process. *Provide information to employees managers on payroll matters, tax issues, benefit plans, and also collective agreement provisions. *Provide information to employees managers on payroll matters, tax issues, benefit plans. *Verify attendance, hours worked, and also pay adjustments, and also post information onto designated records. *Record employee information, like exemptions, transfers, and also resignations, to maintain update payroll records. *Collecting data (deduction, bonus and other payment) *Supervise and maintain the salary grading structure within the company. *Answer employee questions regarding their pay check Prepare the salary for employees and prepare the cash report. *Continuously assists Information System and Human Resource personnel on the full transition of payroll program from Oracle Payroll anchored on a simple, secured and flexible payroll preparation. *Supervises contractual messenger covering the return of validated deposit slips on bank transfers and receipt of other documents entrusted to him. *Maintains up-to-date files related to payroll. *Prepare payroll monthly reports (Deduction Details -Total cost - Social Insurance, Transportation, medical insurance)
Qualifications    •Bachelor of Accounting/Finance. •Experience more than 3 years in the payroll. •Highly analytical and self-motivated. •Experienced in payment processing. •Assertive and proactive. •Resourceful and can work under pressure. •Can work with minimum supervision.

Other Skills    •Developed ability of communication skill •Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications •Knowledge in Oracle is an advantage. •Knowledge in law taxes and Social Insurance. •Above average to excellent oral and communication skills •Good interpersonal skills
