Description Responsible for achieving direct & indirect (through sales force) quota — Qualify customer needs and performs pre demo, proof of concept, pilot needs analysis — Communicates effectively with customer to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions — Responds in writing to customer technical requirements and requests for technical information — Delivers informative and well-organized product and solutions presentations — Sets and manage customer expectations — Provides and maintains product sizing tools and documentation — Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion — Performs all sales operation activities — Handles the proper channeling of client problems, answers general inquiries and complaints — Follows up on general offers handling and proper processing — Maintains, grows, and builds long term relationships with account portfolio via phone calls, emails, promotions, and job quality follow-up — Achieves potential leads related activities — Defines scope of service level agreements with customer — Provide sales team, with the technical presales activity — Work with marketing to help define/refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team — Involvement with the solution architecture manager in account developments planning & execution — Responsible for working with vendor to develop and deliver sales & presales training — Responds effectively to the sales team technical enquiries
Qualifications • Prior experience within industry is a plus (Three to Four years of related work experience) • Prior PC knowledge/command of Windows based applications • Microsoft Certifications – MCSE, MCITP • Network Certifications –CCDP • Industry certifications – is a plus • Self-motivation and a good level of autonomy and creativity • Organizational skills needed for handling multiple priorities • Skills for the promotion of positive inter-departmental and customer relations • Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation, instruction, persuasion, or speaking with others • Ability to function in a high stress environment, under substantial time pressure • Resilience abilities • Hierarchical awareness and commitment to discipline and punctuality • Ability to perform duties and responsibilities set forth above in a consistent and efficient manner
