Description 1. Radio QoS ( KPIs) monitoring , analysis and maintenance 2. Radio performance optimization to meet contractual commitments 3. Radio logical and physical parameters optimization and tuning 4. Radio interfaces and NEs capacity monitoring and planning 5. Radio performance issues analysis and troubleshooting 6. RAN features activation and trials 7. RAN and air interfaces traces analysis and troubleshooting 8. Radio network air interface planning and design. 9. Handles all the related activities of ( customer complaints , customer interface , reporting , assessments ‡.)
Qualifications • At least 3 - 4 years’ experience in UMTS ( R99,HSxPA and HSPA+) radio optimization • Drive test and Post processing are not counted in these years of experience. • Alcatel background is preferable. • Other vendor background will be accepted. • Excellent Communication skills command
