Description - Handling VAS Marketing-Partners Activities across Mena region. ( Etisalat ,Sudan and Tunis) - Design & Implement project management activities. (IVR/I-Talk Service - Provide Country Case study for market expansion, including Operators Position, Competitors, market analysis and segmentation, to prepare expectation and marketing requirements for VAS Digital Services. - Monitoring Services life cycle and ensuring that all operational activities are processed with best practices, by the assist of other departments. - Prepare & define Strategic Annual Strategies for Digital Services, including Road Map, Action Plans and sales forecasts. - Provide Marketing planning and budgeting to reach the optimal ROI. - Create & implement ATL and BTL marketing campaigns across the region, including advertising concepts, production and Media Booking. - Monitor & Collect feedback from aggregators, operators and customers. - Provide managerial report to evaluate current services ROI against targets. - Generate and suggest new VAS Ideas. - Attend Partners and Agencies Meetings. - Responsible for developing new business opportunities across Mena region. - Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advice on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff. - Support Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements.
Qualifications Experience required: Should be exposed to the Mena market with telecom and content background. Thorough understanding of marketing new media techniques as well as understanding of overall marketing strategy and integrated communications, 3+ years in Market position at least 2+ years at level of Account manager. Personality: Sales skills, strong customer orientation, negotiation and persuasion skills, presentation skills, assertive, confidentiality, flexibility, self-management, good listener, strong interpersonal, Excellent report-writing, analytical, project management skills, presentation and written communication skills
