Description     Under the general supervision of the Club Manager and the direct supervision of the Butler supervisor, the Butler performs a different set of tasks to make sure that the guest has a memorable stay by adding a personal touch to the guest experience. The butlers main role will be to welcome the guest after check in, explain the Club InterContinental benefits as well as all different services that can be provided to the guest. The butler must be fully aware with the hotel facilities. The butler must make sure that all guest needs and requests are met and registered on their profiles.
