Description * Monitor, respond to and re-direct emails as appropriate. * Monitor and maintain the work in progress to ensure timely follow up and completion for HR Department and Technical Projects. * Co-ordinate and maintain the diary of the CEO including organizing of all appointments, meetings and travel arrangements. * Responsible for finalizing Tenders and Sales Proposals. * Follow Sales operations * Following up reporting and making sure reports are delivered on time. * Providing feedback and reports on the current outgoing operations to CEO on frequent basis * Making sure we meet the standard level of operations (Ex. Cost) * Following with department managers about work progress and making sure they adhere by the pre-given project plan. * Providing personal assistance to the CEO * Provide general assistance at events and trade shows that we may be involved in. * Be the 1st line of communication between CEO and employees. * Assist in marketing operations * Following technical design requests assigned to Web Designer. * Advice the CEO of matters requiring personal attention, with associated deadlines, and preparing relevant documentation. * Sending monthly motivational email to employees * Monitor and maintain the work in progress to ensure timely follow up and completion. * Identify, anticipate and prepare information requirements of the CEO for meetings, appointments, presentations. * Any other correspondence assigned by CEO.
Qualifications * Bachelor Degree from any related field. * Superior proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * Professional image, polished presentation * Ability to work under pressure * Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. * Excellent time management skills. * Excellent calendar management skills, including complex office coordination * Excellent interpersonal skills with a high customer service orientation. * Initiative and creative. * Self-motivated and taking positive attitude towards responsibility.
