Description Duties and Responsibilities 1. The sales manager is responsible for our 3 branches and its sales team 2. He consults the sales management and has to set up objectives and goals, and a plan of action about how to achieve them 3. He has to work closely with other departments, especially the marketing and accounts department, to figure out an effective sales strategy that will boost sales 4. Participating in marketing events like trade shows, seminars, and telemarketing events. 5. Preparing a variety of sales status reports that include activity, follow-up, closings, and adherence to targets. 6. Communicating new product opportunities, feedback, special developments, or information collected during field activity to proper company staff. 7. Preparing schedules and action plans to identify particular targets and list the clients contact numbers. 8. Developing and maintaining the existing product knowledge and sales materials. 9. Run timely meetings with team members to ensure proper understanding of the already given tasks progress and share knowledge about the new needed tasks . 10. Prepare timely meetings with sales management to discuss the progress of himself and his team and get feedback about the future demands.
Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Engineering.. Cairo Residence Only. Minimum of 10 year to 15 years experience in health care, software solution and ERP. Experience of hospital software. Preferably be a doctor. Experience in Medical equipment, Xray and Ultrasound or medical software Very good command of English language. Hard worker. Work under pressure. Skills: 1. Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 2. He must be persuasive, well-mannered and have good negotiation skills 3. He needs to motivate his team and must be a good leader 4. Able to build and deliver presentations. 5. Willingness to travel most of the times
