Description Personnel Provide information and assistance & act as a reference to staff regarding a variety of personnel matters and regulations, policies & procedures. Prepare staffs letters Follow up for updating staff contracts Implement & maintain personnel public social insurance of the employees. Take the required action for staffs hiring or resign action Following up for EFSA registration and renewal for sales team Follow up for collecting any required reports, documents from the staff Recruitment Receive and record staff request from departments mangers Conduct first screening on CVs and grade them Ability to do first screening interview Follow up for the recruitment cycle, starting from the first interview till the hiring; Inform the selected candidates of result by Letter Of Appointment , or by Apology Letter Update the candidates report system Update the recruitment status system Follow up for the recruitment sites membership update (Registration and Expiry), posted vacanciesetc. Schedule interview appointments
Qualifications Ability to run interviews Hard worker, persistent, accurate and creative Team worker spirit Ability to work under pressure Attention to detail and accuracy regarding time and organizational management. Requires multi-tasking and extensive customer service skills, and the ability to handle stress in a fast paced working environment. Ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships with staff. Must keep confidentiality

Other Skills Excellent verbal communications skills is essential Fluent in English Language Presentable appearance Keyboard keys – English & Arabic Typing Experience of Microsoft office
