Description     — Personnel  Provide information and assistance & act as a reference to staff regarding a variety of personnel matters and regulations, policies & procedures.  Prepare staffs letters  Follow up for updating staff contracts  Implement & maintain personnel public social insurance of the employees.  Take the required action for staffs hiring or resign action  Following up for EFSA registration and renewal for sales team  Follow up for collecting any required reports, documents from the staff — Recruitment  Receive and record staff request from departments mangers  Conduct first screening on CVs and grade them  Ability to do first screening interview  Follow up for the recruitment cycle, starting from the first interview till the hiring; Inform the selected candidates of result by ‘ Letter Of Appointment ‘, or by ‘ Apology Letter–  Update the candidates report system  Update the recruitment status system  Follow up for the recruitment sites membership update (Registration and Expiry), posted vacancies‡etc.  Schedule interview appointments
Qualifications     Ability to run interviews  Hard worker, persistent, accurate and creative  Team worker spirit  Ability to work under pressure  Attention to detail and accuracy regarding time and organizational management. Requires multi-tasking and extensive customer service skills, and the ability to handle stress in a fast paced working environment.  Ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships with staff.  Must keep confidentiality
