Description - Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and execute sourcing and recruiting plans. - Implement the strategy and methodology about CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc. - Effectively manage the selection process, including assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiation. - Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs. - Prepare internal/external job ads. - Issue job offers. - Submit monthly report about recruitment activities. - Will be requested to recruit for major projects (mass recruitment) - Assist with Implementing Performance Management Systems and SFA surveys. - Perform Job analysis needed to develop jobs descriptions with departments heads to ensure each current/new job has a revised job description. - Sponsor the internship program.
Qualifications - University degree in relevant major. - Post-graduate sundries in HR is a plus. - - Excellent Communication skills. - Excellent time and stress management skills - Proven track of organizational and administration skills. - Expert in working with Excel. - Ability to generate reports and statistics.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills - Experience in Courier industry will be of great asset.
Compensations Medical Insurance + social Insurance + Transportation allowance + mobile allowance.
