Description Being part of OneCard« as )Distribution Coordinator–. Your job description includes the following tasks.: —Calling dealers by phone to verify that the Distribution member has visited them successfully ‘based on the definitions of the successful distribution visit for each type of distributors Cash dealer/Key account store–. —Sending the reports of these calls for the Distribution Manager on weekly basis. —Handling the distribution requests that reach the distribution Dept within 2 days of receiving them from the Distribution Manager , calling them, presenting Onecard distribution benefits for distributors and incase of closing the deal successfully ,forwarding these requests to the Distribution team leader to take the necessary action. —Handling cash dealers requirements that come to the office. —Handling resellers and distributors complaints that we received from the customer support and following up the cases until closing them successfully.
Qualifications •1 up to 2 years experience in Administration, Operation, Sales, distribution& marketing activities. •Bachelor Degree •Very good command and knowledge of Microsoft office (Word-Excel- Outlook) •Good writing and speaking English •Presentable •Having very good communication skills •Negotiation Skills
