Description 1.Develop an effective product development life cycle infrastructure starting from requirements gathering, design and review, code reviews, testing, benchmarking, build processes and documentation with the key deliverables of timely product delivery and high levels of product quality as objective 2.Manage resources allocation for current and planned ahead projects to assure availability of resources as well as most efficient utilization of resources 3.Develop, and follow new development strategies to increase department quality and assure that company goals are reached 4.Assess software development process with an eye toward development time, flexibility, user interface and client satisfaction
Qualifications 1.B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or relevant 2.6- 8 years of experience 3-Managerial background is a must 4.Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, and MS SQL Server 2008, Amazone web services, MVC.net 5.Good command of both written and spoken English
