Description     Prepare Salaries, review bonuses, & calculate any other payments for the employees. Prepare the necessary reconciliation for employees social insurance. Follow up Salaries transfer to the Bank & Solve any problem. Handle all increments & deductions that may affect the payroll. Prepare & Issue reports on monthly basis. Distribute payments slips to all employees each month. Maintain a base of payroll data relevant to total number of Organization manpower. Obtain payroll data including salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations and employee deduction.
Qualifications    B.Sc. Accounting or similar from reputable university. 0– 2 years experience in the same field Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. The ability to work under pressure

Experience    1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills    Excellent computer skills; awareness of Access will be an asset. Excellent communication Skills.
