Description 1.To perform, check, analyses, evaluate all routine tests of package substation 13.8 KV, Low Voltage Panel & MCC. 2.Capable of performing and analyzing the following type tests Temperature rise test Noise level test Short Circuit Test Endurance Test Vibration Test Reliability Test like humidity testing, cold testing, etc. Checks & review specification of various materials. Control of production methods and quality control techniques related to all of manufacturing. To ensure the requirements of the Quality Manual are implemented and maintained. Maintain documentation and records assigned as being the responsibility of the Quality Department. Capable of conducting inspection of the incoming material, initial sample, work in process and final inspection. Capable of conducting the in-house calibration for the mechanical instruments. Capable of conducting the internal audit if required.
Qualifications •Graduation :Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Diploma and/or equivalent. •Years of Experience 3 :15 years •Computer Skills:. Basic computer literacy •Language Skills :English •Other :1Knowledge in Package Sub-station, LV Switchgear, LV Panel Boards and Distribution Boards, Motor Control Centers, Capacitor Banks, Automatic Transfer Switches and Manual Transfer Switches, Relay Panels. Knowledge in IEC and NEMA standard in order to discuss with the customers and consultants for project specification.
