Description Duties and Responsibilities 1.Inspects raw materials, to ensure compliance with QC standards. 2.Collects samples for testing, and computes findings. 3.Prepares and updates bill of materials (BOM) and reports accordingly to his superior. 4.Checks components of final products, to assure that raw materials meet UGHI QC standards. 5.Marks raw materials items for acceptance or rejection, records inspection data, and compares findings with specifications to ensure conformance to standards. 6.Operates laboratory testing equipments for testing of raw materials. 7.Initiate Non-Conformance reports (NCR - Material Rejection Notices) as required. 8.Provides suggestions for continuous updating of the raw material standards. 9.Follows company rules and regulations pertinent to administrative policies, safety and personal hygiene.
Qualifications Education: •Minimum QC diploma. Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering is preferred.
