Description 1- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments. 2- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations. 3- Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine. 4- Hear and resolve complaints from customers and public. 5- File and maintain records. 6- Provide information about establishment such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided. 7- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries.
Qualifications 1- Suitable Bachelor Degree 2- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field. 3- Professional demeanor & appearance. 4- Excellent computer skills.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills 1- Excellent communication & customer services skills. 2- Self-motivated, problem-solving skills. 3- Hard worker & pro-active. 4- Able to work under pressure & team player. 5- High organizational skills. 6- Able to deal with different types of personalities.
