Description Managing Customer Accounts (regular visits, identify customer needs, customer complaints, customer forecast). Be able to prepare, monitor and follow-up Sales Budget. Inform Top Management before any deviances of Sales Budget and submit corrective proposals Be able to hold successful meetings with key customers and keep meeting minutes Participate in the establishment of Production Schedule based on the placed orders and liaise with Production Department for proper adjustments. Liaise and make all the necessary arrangements so as to materialize on time customers orders. Following up customers open balances & receivables. Make Market Research and identify new customer potentials. Proactive attitude against delays or failures for meeting deadlines. Be able to write short and efficient reports before Top Management. Creating a positive work climate being cooperative and team spirit bearer.
Qualifications University Qualification (technical background is preferred). Computer literacy and especially very good knowledge in Excel. Very good knowledge of oral and written English. Be strongly customer oriented. Track record in Sales (minimum 2 years). Have an understanding of prioritizing tasks and important matters. Team Player. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Must be strong communicator. Must have Planning and Coordination skills. Experience in Production/Manufacturing environment will be preferred.
