Description Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sales Department. Ensure that the necessary steps are met to ensure the Sales team is operating at optimum efficiency. Develop strategies to meet and exceed target metrics on a daily, monthly and yearly basis. Monitor calls, call volume and call procedures ensuring optimum accuracy and efficiency. Responsible for personnel actions. Facilitate team meetings. Work closely with management on all constructive or corrective employee actions. work multiple shifts if needed to ensure cohesiveness of Sales team. Compile daily reports. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications University degree. At least four years of work experience is required. Experience in training field is preferred. Able to work with minimal direction. Teamwork skills essential. Excellent sales and marketing skills. Presentable and good looking. Excellent oral and written English language. Enjoy problem solving skills and be unafraid of technical solutions. Strong analytical skills. Excellent online, written and verbal communications skills. Thorough knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the internet is a must.
