Description      Achieving Quality & Production efficiencies of 85+%.  Be capable for measuring existing products against the standards they are given.  Identify causes for the out-of-spec product & inconsistencies and discover their causes.  Being able to identify where in the production process problems or faults could have arisen.  Work on the direction for improving the products quality.  Checking and testing materials and other parts delivered by external suppliers.  Fill in report forms on test results and quality problems.  Proactive attitude against production malfunctions that may affect quality product.  Keep Housekeeping rules.  Creating a positive work climate.
Qualifications     University Qualification (BSc in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical Engineering or Chemistry)  Computer literacy (basic).  One (1) year experience (minimum) in production environment- Preferably on Plastics Manufacturing and Production Processes.  Track record in Quality Inspections.  Must be able to work with minimum supervision.  Must have Communication skills.  Must be mechanically minded.  Have an understanding of measurements by caliper and measurement equipment in general.
