Description Provide customer service, such as giving instructions on how to proceed with claims and prepare various periodical reports about claims. Liaising with insurance company and customers. Record all non-direct billing claims by hospital/clinic doctors. Promotes the best image for the company through the professional appearance and behavior and adhere to company standards and procedures. Follow up the pending cases and abide the insurance company to settle claims within the time frame agreed in policy (if any).
Qualifications English Fluency. Proficiency in MS Office. Flexible and able to work under pressure. Demonstrated success in building trust and maintaining long-term relationships Managerial Skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills.0-1 year of experience
