Description - Monthly balance reconciliations with all clients. Identify differences and solve issues with clients (billing issues, missing invoices etc) - Ensure that billing is done in all countries and that clients have received the invoices - Continuous follow-up of open receivables with all ME clients (daily) with main aim to collect money on time - AR Reporting (eg; Ageing reports) - Communication with Shared Business Services in Cham for invoicing issues - Coordination with rest admin & Finance Teams for AR
Qualifications - Communication Skills (verbal and written) as there will be daily communication with clients over the phone and through e-mail.

Education major Accounting/ English
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills - Excel. Be able to extract data from systems e.g. SAP (no SAP knowledge is needed) and process them in excel. Eg. use of Pivot tables and basic Logical, Lookup and Reference formulas.
