Description Assume receptionist duties, greet public and refer them to appropriate staff members, answer phone, route calls, and take messages. Assist staff with administrative duties as requested, to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Create and modify documents using Microsoft office. Cooperate in the maintenance and/or modification of company data collection system to ensure it meets requirements. Assist with completion of necessary reports as requested. Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail including bulk mail. Take and transcribe minutes of Board and Committee meetings. Type and word process various documents and electronic information as needed. Order office supplies and monitor inventory. Update and maintain mailing lists. Produced mailing labels and reports as requested. Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, Provide individual advocacy as time permits or as requested by supervisor. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Advanced computer skills Organized and self managed good command of English is required
