Description — Analyze industry trends, market conditions and competitor marketing to offer actionable insights and recommendations on best practices for improving marketing program performance — Develop and define digital campaign strategies and programs for each stage of the customer experience journey and sales cycle. — Create, implement and manage marketing campaigns through the complete campaign lifecycle (plan, test, execute, measure, and refine) — Improve future usability, design, content and conversion rates of the company website. — Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. — Responsible for managing sales staff reporting including: sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information and the relay of customer service requests. — Monitor and analyze digital and traditional metrics to identify opportunities/trends to increase web traffic and generate high quality leads
Qualifications • Bachelors Degree with a focus on Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field • Strong understanding the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop the brand. • +3 years experience with marketing campaign management ,Good experience and understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. • Prior experience creating a social media marketing strategy creation • Experience in mobile and display marketing • Experienced with SEO and SEM (HTML skills a plus!) • Previous tradeshow marketing experience • Strong presentation, writing and communication skills • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite of products • Ability to build business partnerships with internal and external resources. • Must be a creative thinker with the ability to develop, test and execute new ideas.
