Scheduling internal and external meetings. — Responsible for documents control including handling mail, request for information and related logs. — Responsible for receipt and follow up letters , report and requests. — Prepare all correspondences documents and organize the filling for all projects documentation. — Monitoring , sorting and distributing documents .
Qualifications Bsc. Commerce or B.A business administration – very good English , excellent English nd Arabic typing, excellent computer skills, Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, organized, self initiative

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Very Good Computer (Word - Excel-Power Point) Excellent English skills.
Salary (L.E.) 2600 - 4500
Comments Male, Zeiyed or October City residents are preferable.
