Description Searches for qualified candidates according to the relevant job criteria using Recruitment Database, Website Search Engine, media, Recruitment Agencies and employee references. Screen resumes to implement pool database for recruitment. Contact promising candidate for HR interview. Interview applicant to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills and nominate the best caliber can fit the position to the second interview. Regular tracing for the interviews schedule Handle arrangements and logistics of employment fairs. Follow up and ensure the implementation of recruitment cycle according to the company internal policies and procedures. Conduct exit interview and set recommendation for the stated reasons. Prepare all required reports.
Qualifications Experience in recruitment is an asset • HR Certificate is preferable. • Familiar with MS Office. • Familiar with Egyptian Labor Law.
