Description     — Searches for qualified candidates according to the relevant job criteria using Recruitment Database, Website Search Engine, media, Recruitment Agencies and employee references. — Screen resumes to implement pool database for recruitment. — Contact promising candidate for HR interview. — Interview applicant to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills and nominate the best caliber can fit the position to the second interview. — Regular tracing for the interviews “schedule — Handle arrangements and logistics of employment fairs. — Follow up and ensure the implementation of recruitment cycle according to the company internal policies and procedures. — Conduct exit interview and set recommendation for the stated reasons. — Prepare all required reports.
Qualifications     Experience in recruitment is an asset • HR Certificate is preferable. • Familiar with MS Office. • Familiar with Egyptian Labor Law.
