Description Perform analysis to determine system maintainability, reliability, and supportability requirements. Document results of the analysis in a report format. Receiving purchase agreement from High management Issuing letter of guarantee. Start negotiation with Supplier to make contract, and make the required document and payment terms. Inserting data in Nadin & MBV programs. Preparing shipping documentation and liaison with shipping Communicates with sales managers and after sales managers regarding cars and spare parts and delivery times. Getting the import licence from the competent authorities Following up the customs broker to release the goods on time to avoid demurrage, penalties, Storage and stowage. Monitor shipments to ensure that Cars and Spare Parts come to showrooms and warehouse in time, and in the event of problems trace shipments and follow up undelivered goods. Follow up with the shipping companies until the arrival of goods to showrooms and warehouses. Provide reports and statistical data as requested for reporting and analysis by the departmental manager.
Qualifications Education : B.A. /B.S. Certificates: Supply Chain Certificate Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Supply chain or Import & Export or logistics Management. Computer : Ability to use Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Word, Excel and email
