Description Reponsible for the direct management and supervision of drivers to include ensuring compliance with DOT regulation , driver compliance with company regulation , maintenance payroll,driver ,retention safety and the timely movement of freight Assign loads and monitor freight movement to provide safe , on ”time service and meet custom requirements Maintain the companys safety culture to include daily driver safety messages monthly driver safety briefings , quarterly driver training & annual reviews Daily monitor assigned drivers for compliance of government and company requirements Perform administrative function to include scheduling , routing ,driver, counseling , accident reviews and other regular reports Plans ,directs & coordinate the operation of vehicles maintenance & repair program for company
Qualifications Education : BA. Degree from any discipline university. Experience : From more than 10 years in a relevant field. Language Skills : Excellent Arabic & English. Personal Skills : Good team player, has the ability to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure. Computer Skills: Good ( Microsoft Office )
