Description - Responsible for communicating volume forecasts and leading the execution of business plans to deliver. - Works frequently with Supervisors & Sales Reps (at all levels of the trade) to understand/ fulfill customers needs. - Takes a proactive leadership role in selling to customers; anticipating and resolving emerging problems. - Provide timely and accurate communication between field, distribution and accounting. - Analyze on a monthly basis the unit results, action plans, and update RSM with progress through a monthly report. - Provide ongoing coaching to all supervisors within the unit and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives. - Report competitive activities to the Regional Sales Manager as and when it happens. - Trains, develops the sales team to raise the managerial skill standard to set them ready for promotion.¢ - Puts in place the optimal unit structure that leads to best productivity results¢ - Ensure annual evaluations are conducted at 100% of Supervisors & Sales Reps. - Establishes the team spirit by leading by example and motivating people.
Qualifications Qualifications Bachelors/Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires a minimum of 10 years experience in a customer support role in FMCG Field." Must be a self-starter with proven abilities in organizational, conceptual, and logical problem solving. Customer focus with proven ability to establish productive working relationships with staff and management at all levels Ability to set priorities and manage customer expectations, and work both as part of a team and independently. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required
